Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy concerns this website and enquiries to Moria Rodrig Law Office & Notary, the controller of the personal information. Online booking and the contact form are currently disabled.

Information collected

Hosting and external services receive technical data such as IP address, browser details and requested pages. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the contact details and information you provide. Clarity receives interaction and device data only after analytics consent.

Purposes

We use information to deliver and secure the website, respond to enquiries and provide requested legal services. Optional Clarity analytics helps us understand website usage and improve usability.

Services and recipients

The hosting provider serves the site. Mapbox supplies the embedded office maps and Google Fonts supplies typefaces; these requests expose technical data including IP address to those providers. Microsoft receives optional Clarity analytics. Online Google Calendar booking and the associated database workflow are not currently available to visitors.

Cookies and your choice

Optional analytics is off by default. Accept analytics or reject optional cookies in the notice; the details link opens this cookies section. You can withdraw or change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Continuing to browse is not consent. Rejection does not restrict browsing. Your versioned choice and its date are kept in local storage for 180 days; clearing browser storage removes it. If storage is blocked, your choice may not persist. When allowed, Clarity uses _clck (visitor/preferences) and _clsk (session association); Microsoft documents any third-party cookies. Advertising storage is denied. Withdrawal clears accessible Clarity cookies on this site and reloads the page to stop collection. Cookies on Microsoft domains can be managed through your browser.

Voluntary provision of information

Contacting the office and allowing analytics are voluntary; there is no legal obligation to do either. Without enough contact information, we may be unable to respond or provide the service you request. Without analytics consent, Clarity does not load. Maps and fonts still request data needed to display those services.

Disclosure and international processing

Information is received by the service providers described above for the stated purposes and may be processed outside Israel. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to handle your requested legal service. External links lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention

The privacy preference expires after 180 days. Enquiry and client information is retained as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal and professional recordkeeping duties. Hosting, mapping, font and analytics providers apply their own retention periods; see their policies linked below.

Security

Technical controls cannot eliminate all risk. Please do not send sensitive case details through ordinary email before agreeing with the office on an appropriate communication channel.

Your rights

Subject to Israeli law, you may request access to personal information held about you under section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law, and correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated under section 14. Contact the office below. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings.

Changes

Updated 2 October 2026. Material changes to optional tracking require a new consent choice. This website notice does not replace the arrangements for a legal engagement.
