Accessibility statement

We work to make this website usable for people with disabilities. This statement describes the accessibility adjustments made and the current limitations.

Using the website

  • Navigate links, buttons and the language selector with the keyboard. Use the skip link to go directly to the page content.
  • Keyboard focus is visible. Opening cookie controls moves focus to the notice; closing them returns focus to the control that opened them.
  • Pages use headings and landmarks. Service category buttons announce which category is selected, and images have alternative text.
  • The layout adapts to narrow screens and browser zoom. Hebrew uses right-to-left reading direction.
  • The site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. Essential browsing works when optional analytics is rejected.
  • The accessibility menu offers text enlargement up to 200%, high contrast, stopping animations, underlined links, a readable font, text spacing and grayscale. Preferences are saved in your browser. Escape closes the dialog.

Known limitations

The embedded Mapbox map and external publications are third-party content. We cannot guarantee their full accessibility. The office address and contact details are provided as text, with links to Google Maps and Waze as alternatives. A complete manual assessment with assistive technologies has not yet been completed.

Accessibility assistance and feedback

If you encounter a barrier, contact the office by phone or email. Please describe the page, the problem and the browser or assistive technology used, if possible. You can also request the information or service through these channels.

Review status

Updated 6 October 2026. Automated accessibility checks and keyboard, focus, contrast, mobile layout and zoom checks were performed. Our accessibility target is Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA. These checks do not establish complete conformity; further manual assistive-technology review is still needed.
